So naturally I have started the same kind of profiles with bulk vending. I have identified 26 competitor's that either do bulk or coffee vending in the geographical are that I will be covering. Just wondering if others do this and if so what information do you try to keep on file? I try to get and update when possible 1) Company name 2) Owners or Sales person's name 3) Phone number & address 4) Service interval 5) Products in machines( What appears to be moving) 6) Condition of equipment 7) Annual sales volume Pricing of products (Out of the norm) Hillbilly Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
mainor5251 Posted March 6, 2010 Share Posted March 6, 2010 I have location profile sheets of all potential locations, it does have a section for machines that might already be on that particular location, who owns them and what's vended.
