Competitor Profiles

I learned to get as much information about competitor's as possible in my full time job.  So naturally I have started the same kind of profiles with bulk vending.  I have identified 26 competitor's that either do bulk or coffee vending in the geographical are that I will be covering.

Just wondering if others do this and if so what information do you try to keep on file?  I try to get and update when possible

1)  Company name

2) Owners or Sales person's name

3) Phone number & address

4) Service interval

5) Products in machines( What appears to be moving)

6) Condition of equipment

7) Annual sales volume

B) Pricing of products (Out of the norm)

I have location profile sheets of all potential locations, it does have a section for machines that might already be on that particular location, who owns them and what's vended. The sheets main purpose is to keep track of who I talked to last and when so I don't pitch to the same business too often.
