cnavendingofnepa
Try the "Natural Vegtable Cooking Spray" I believe the name brand is "Original Pam" cooking spray but there are generics. Be careful to buy the right one because there are variations to the spray. A thin coating on your Mike & Ikes or Hot Tamales will help with this problem. I found this tip years ago on a similar bulletin board. It is not foolproof but it does help. Spray the product lightly (just a few sprays) and mix them thoroughly in a container before placing them in a machine. Hope this helps you out. The Mage
Yes, cooking spray. Luckily I found out about this before I even bought my first machine. I spray a light coat, stir, and repeat once. You do not need very much, you should not even be able to tell it is on there.
bacho
What I do is spray the inside of a large ziplock bag. Pour the HT or MI in the bag and shake them up real good. I found this coats alot more of the candy. Be careful not to spray too much or it will leave a greasy shine on the candy. One squirt on both sides of the bag is plenty. Ethical Locator
Hey this is terrific. Thanks for asking the question! Mike and Ike's and hot tamales are pretty popular on my route.
dperry
I've never done this, but I've also heard that you should take a wooden spoon, spray it with PAM, and use that to stir the product.
caserri
I've never done this, but I've also heard that you should take a wooden spoon, spray it with PAM, and use that to stir the product. Thats my method. Works great.
