Does anyone know how to change the temperature setting on a Savamco Ice cream machine? I know there is three different setting on these machines.

Does anyone know how to change the temperature on a Savamco Icecream machine?  I know there is three different temperature setting on these machines.  One for frozen, one for cold and one for snacks(warm).  The compressor is brand new and blows out warm air.  All the relays and electrical is also new.
