Hillbilly
I am vending Planters peanuts in an Oak Vista. About every 3rd or 4th vend nothing comes out. Maybe 1 or 2 peanuts. The next vend seems like you get a whole lot more. I am using a brand new deep merchandise wheel and brush housing. Anybody know what is happening here? Thanks for th help. lurtsman
Did you take out the candy wheel and look at it? Make sure everything is set properly, nothing broken, then replace it making sure it is lined up properly. The simplest explanation is usually the best. Quarter Master
Another thing to consider is the fact you are working with a product that has an irregular shape and they all don't conform to the same size. Also if there is any little bit of salt and moisture, you will have a product sticking problem. Opening up the wheel will help but I've never seen a peanut machine dispense the same amount of nuts every time. It will vary because of irregular product.
