kai1836
I'm loading a 4 column sticker machine this morning and I always test my equipment before and after a service to make sure everythings good before I leave. Well one column won't vend when I pull the slide out and its really bugging me. I empty the column and work the slide empty a few times to make sure it is sliding all the way back...it is. Next I try only loading a couple sleeves as I consider perhaps I'm loading too many ( never heard of this being a problem but hey who knows). All of a sudden it vends. Well I try it again and it vends again. So I load it up and close the machine. The next pull nothing comes out again. This has taken me about 10 minutes and I'm starting to get frustrated. All of the other columns work fine except this one. I lower the front again and notice all the writing on the sleeves isn't going the same way. So I adjust the odd column of sleeves so that they read like the others. Now it vends every time. I have to admit I was surprised. Both sides of the sleeve seemed to look the same to me. However it has to be on a certain side or it won't vend. Its been through pure luck I've not encountered this before as I don't always pay close attention. Just thought I'd share. antoniocinisi
the hinge on the cardboard has to face the side of the machine it vends out of or it will always jam.

wevend
I had some tattoos where the cardboard sleeve was thicker than any other I have purchased. I had allot of trouble with this and took all the thicker cardboard sleeves back to my shop. I did call the company I purchased them from and they said "nobody else has complained". They were going to get back to me via e-mail but have not heard from them in 3 weeks. Do you think the cardboard sleeve on yours is thicker than the rest of your stock? Do you mind sharing who this tattoo supplier is wevend? It would be interesting to see if anyone else has noticed a difference. I've got flat vend sleeves from A&A and Flatline and both are identical in thickness.
Quarter Master
I have noticed over the past that there has been some minute differences in the thickness of vending sleeves. That's why when I found one that worked, I stuck with it from that supplier. Here are some instructions that may help if they apply to your equipment.
