Poplady1
You can start quickly by going to your local Sam's or Costco. Price the coffee available there and increase your cost by 40% to 60%. Price coffees, cups, creamers, sugars and equal. Also price a pour over coffee with atleast two burners. Once you get the account you will need to buy 2 black pots and 2 red pots. Thats it Bev
coinvestor
Vistar is the place to go for OCS stuff in the long run, but like poplady said just start at Sams. Around here a Automatic (plumbed) brewer is kind of expected for anything over about 20 employees. JD
mission vending
The Bunn units at Sam's will work if there is no cabinetry above the counter where you will place it. If there is you probably need to go with a three burner "low profile unit. Look at Newco, I think they are as good as Bunn and a little cheaper. You can usually find them used at restaurant equipment stores. Or go to Newco website to order new around 400-500. Right now I'm selling Folgers coffee 42ct, 1.5 oz packs for $37/case. Cream and Sugar canisters for 1.50 ea. These prices are a little below my competitors rates right now. Be prepared to offer tea, hot choc, stir stick, styro cups, lipton soup packages and even flavored creamers as well, these items are pretty much standard fare in the OCS business. If you are going into this line you'll need to have them to compete effectively. Hope this helps, let me know if you need anything else.

mission vending
Not quite sure what you are asking........ If you are referring to a monthly rental fee I would have no idea. Around here we provide the brewers and pots and the location buys the rest of their supplies from us and we make our $$ on the markup. See if you can get them to show you an invoice and beat their current pricing by whatever percentage you feel is acceptable to you.
Poplady1
I am not sure what type of equipment you are going to need for them. By a large brewer do they mean 3 burner and by small are they meaning two burners? What do they currently have? Have you seen it.
