advice on gumball machine

I have a vendstar  in a barbershop that does $30.00 plus a month. I have chiclets in one canister and although they sell ok the people there say that customers complain they are too hard. I told them I would replace them with another candy and look into getting them a single gumball machine as well. Any suggestions on machines and size and make of gumballs?  Or any suggestions on another type of machine that would vend candy and gumballs.(3 head that dosen't take alot of space)

It sounds like all you need is a Vendstar gumball wheel.  You can probably find one on eBay.

If your vendstar is doing that good, stick with it and try the gumball wheel as mentioned.  How long have the chicklets been in there?  If its been a year or longer, you may be getting some "stray" chicklets which never dispensed in a timely manner causing the complaints.  Might try changing out the product, however gumballs are much cheaper and will pay for your cost of the gumball changeout wheel quickly.

Hmm...4 Oak Vista 300's on a J-stand sounds good to me (same or less space than a triple), or maybe a 5-way rack. You could just get a gumball wheel for the Vendstar if you wanted to go the cheapest route.

Thank ya'll for the info. What size gumballs does the vendstar with a gumball wheel vend and where is the best place to buy them from?

As you can tell I am new to this.
