office condos and apartments?

I am working with a property management company who has mutiple locations of office condos and apartment complexes. The typical office condo is a three floor building with maybe 15 offices per floor with a snack and drink machine just off the main entrance. There are 4 complexes with several buildings in each complex. Has anyone had any locations like this and what are they like? Golden or Dogs
