dperry
I think they may be seagas. These are seagas, even tho this site doesn't say so. The ones in your link look like the ones in my link. http://www.universalvending.com/products_i7464013.html?catId=290096
JPVendCo.
I have some of these, and they work fine. you can swap out the gumball guts for a candy portioner, its easy to do. the guy selliing them to you would probably be willing to do it for you and give you a double with 2 candy wheels, if you asked him too. lurtsman
I have one seaga to sell. Those are seagas. I would be willing to sell you mine for 40$, shipping included. (It'll cost me about 12.50) I was actually planning to list on Ebay tomorrow. Let me know if you'd like.
Big Mike
Who knows what it is? Seaga, V-line, or SSF. Sometimes the Lids,Hoppers & Bases are cheap coated pot metal & sometimes they are plastic. If it was cleaned and left on my back porch I would throw it in the trash. Mike
mainor5251
You can get used Northwestern, Oaks, and A&A's for that price and these three are time proven work horses. Me personally I will be sticking with these three along with 1800's and the little bit more pricey Beaver's. I'm sure there's a another handful of machines that are of good quality but don't want to run to many differnt types.
JEREMYTINA
We have a ton of these made by Vendmasters, LYPC, Seaga. Regardless of which brand you buy, they all come apart pretty much the same. Some of the screws are threaded differently mfg to mfg, The ones made with chromed metal bases, middles, mechs, and tops are the nicest looking. I would buy them all if they were local, but I wouldn't pay more than $20 a piece for the lot. He is probably more motivated to get rid of them than you think. If you have $500 laying around, let him stew for a few days and go back with a low ball offer of $15 per machine cash in hand, and when he balks ask him what his best price is. Then, walk away if he doesn't come down to $20. He'll bite.
havending
Those are segas. They are not good long term machines. The coin mech goes bad fast.
Quarter Master
Judging by the color matched stand, I would say those are Silent Sales Force (SSF) machines. Hard to find parts for them anymore.
Hillbilly
I'd go with th NW Super 60 or the Oak Vista series if your buying used. There are parts everywhere and they are relatively inexpensive.
mtsoccer4
The Seagas are fine machines. I have a couple they're fairly reliable. $40 a machine isn't bad if you're buying 3 at a time, and I think a previous poster is a little stingy with his $15/$20 per, but if you plan on buying more than 10, I'd think you could break him down to 25-30 per. JEREMYTINA
Of course I'm stingy at 15-20 per. But in my area there are so many machines available that the situation helps me dictate what I pay. Someone with a lot of machines if usually looking to get rid of them all at once, because the pile never seems to go down when you sell one or two at a time. And from my point of view, a little time, and a little pressure are all I need to create diamonds.
