Whats a good price for a Sega HF3500

Hello,

What is a good price for a barely used Sega HF3500 or a 2500? Some one in my area is selling four of 3500s on decent locations (the four combined make $1100 profit monthly) for $18000.  I was thinking of waiting a few months then offering them $10000.  I would prefer 8k however I doubt there is any way they will take it and i would need to do a ride along to make sure they ACTUALLY make what they say they make. Generally I try to get a machine, shipped to me,get a locator to find me a location, move onto location and filled for under $2000.

And yes I know segas arent great machines, but there are quite a few in my area I can get for decent prices when not on location.
