Excel Route Manager Programs

Hi Everyone,

Being new I must ask, even though I'm quite savy on the computer. Does anyone use these, where did you get yours or did you create your own?

I've been looking on ebay at a few and wondering???

Do you really keep up with everything on this to the point it is a very useful investment?

Or does anyone have one they would like to share?

I just use a bacic excel spread sheet to track some of the things that i like to keep a close  eye on.  I Just pay all my own bills and records sales then at the end of each month i drop it all by the accountant and they have my  P&L ready in a week or so.

We have some free spreadsheets in the tools section of member PLUS. You'll be able to access them once you are a PLUS member.

Do you also use an accountant, or do you do your own taxes with the reporting from vend-trak?  I have been tracking all of our expenses through excel spreadsheets, but the vend-trak software has some features I really like, and it appears to be very easy to maintain.  I am very close to buying it, but have not fully committed myself to it.  Can you tell us why you chose it over other available options?
