Would it be wrong  to contact  your local police DEpt.

How would you  do that. I  know the Cheif of police personaly. Not a bad thing, He  goes to my church. I'm thinkig about  putting someting on face book and  seeing what I get. maybe some one in our local area will call me

Whether or not it would be wrong to contact your local police department depends on your reason for contacting them.  To place a bulk candy machine?  Not wrong at all..

If the Chief of Police goes to your church, I would just go see him and say" Hi, I started my own candy vending company and I need locations to put my machines in. Would it be possible to place one in the police dept?"

This will probably open up a conversation about all the specifics.

Even cops like candy and gum.
