Okay to use the word "Charity" in business name?

Been in bulk vending for little more than a year now, have close to 50 locations. I want to make this business a little "more legitimate" by presenting it as a business rather than self

Was thinking about name of business and thought about using the word "Charity" in a business name but wondered if that is unethical since I'm in this for profit but am donating portion of proceed to charity. A business name like "CharityVend" but was wondering how other will view this name. Other may think that I donate all of the proceeds to charity.

Whats your take on this?

if you do decide to move forward with the charity wording in the name be prepared to take some heat form other vendors if you grow much larger, they can use this as a tool to get out out of a location and them in.
