AP 310/320

I have a issue getting an AP310/320 working correctly.  Here is the setup and issue:

320 on the Food Control Board, I had the jumper set for the cabinet to be cab1....on the programming menu, selecting the "set Temp" option, Cabinet 1 only gives option for "Ambient" and "Cold"....no freezer option availabe.  Move to Cabinet 2 programming, I had all three options available.  If I move the jumper on the Control Board to relabel the cabinet as cab2, the unit works great.  Default says to have the cabinet set up for Cabinet 1....am I missig something here?  I know....if it works as cab2, then leave it, I just hate not being able to get things working they way they should.

I believe that the 320 should be cabinet 2. The leading digit in the selection label tells you what cabinet it is, selection 123 is cabinet 1 tray 2 selection 3. Default on the snack is cabinet 1 as the snack is cabinet one.
