dpvnc
Do any of you use M&M peanuts in Christmas colors? I see Sams has them out Already.
dperry
The standard argument against seasonal colored candy is that it immediately identifies it as dated food. What if it comes to April and you still have Christmas candy to get rid of? Do you think that people will think it's still fresh? Would you eat candy corn in July? The Mage
Buy them right after Christmas when they are on clearance. Some mix them with regular M&Ms so they aren't as noticeable, while others just put them in like that.

dpvnc
Agape: At least it is not dog years! lol Right now I noticed a premium price on them. So after christmas should be discounted which will bring COG percentage. I like the way you guys think.
sbishop
I buy them after christmas and after easter when they go on sale. I start with just the seasonal sone and them start mixing them with the regular. Buying PMMs at half price really helps lower the COGS
