agrantha
The seller is asking for $250 for this rack. Three heads are missing locks. What dollar figure should my counter offer be? You know I am a Northwestern fan.

agrantha
Looks like someone has done a poor drill out job. Does he have keys for the other three machines ? I just sent an email with that question. I will keep you posted.
agrantha
The machine has no locks. Is $250 still a good deal?
lak20019
I personally like it when they don't have any locks b/c I can use that to bargain with, and be able to key them the way I want. I would offer him $220 b/c you have to buy the locks.
NinnJinn
Not only that. But by using your own locks you don't have to worry about the seller finding an extra key down the road and helping themselves to your quarters!

Would you drive that far?
West Coast Vend LLC
It sounds like a good deal at $220. You do have to drive 160 miles, round trip, and buy new locks for each machine. NW is a great machine as long as the rest of the machines and stand are in working order. I would be curious why the locks are all drilled out and the seller does not have the keys. Is the seller in the vending business? Good luck with the sale if you decide to go for it. Gary
agrantha
4 out of six locks are stripped. Will I need to buy new tops? If so, is $250 still a good deal? Thanks
antoniocinisi
I think it`s a good price locks or not.eventually you may grow and want all your machines keyed alike and wouldnt need them anyways.you would have to spend almost double to get the 6 super 60 new,and thats without the stand or shipping.is the housing? where the locks go into in useable condition?no damage from drilling on those?you could offer less and make the no locks your negotiating point.does the guy know the value of what he has?when you order new machines they each come with a lock, why did this guy drill his out?is the machine stolen or did he (sic) lose every key he had?where did he get it from?making an offer with cash in hand could work but if you did it to someone that knows what he has it could backfire.if I was selling equipment and someone did that to me I would laugh and send them packing.a super 60 goes for 40 bucks or more on ebay, plus shipping.hope this helps. also remember some members (not pointing fingers)think that equipment has very little value untill it`s thier own then it`s worth the fair market value. NinnJinn
why did this guy drill his out?is the machine stolen or did he (sic) lose every key he had? That is what has my curiosity! that many machines and all the locks are drilled out? Makes me think they really are stolen. also remember some members (not pointing fingers)think that equipment has very little value untill it`s thier own then it`s worth the fair market value. dkochan
I'd offer $200. If the seller doesn't accept $200, try to meet him half way at $225.
