Well, I signed up with Christine at Cross Country Placement Services on Jan 16th for one triple head (1800V).

She responded at first that they had a two machine minimum. I pointed out that her ad on here said no machine minimums, and that I had even copied her ad in the initial email.

Christine then agreed to do the job for one machine, and said it would be a week or less.

Since then the only communication I received was

"Nothing yet , we have some leads for next week!"

She sent the exact same message to another member here on this board.

So, two full weeks, no production of any kind.

My number one concern, beyond the fact that two weeks have been wasted, is the warranty is only as good as the company. If they won't do any real communication, and won't find a placement for a machine for two plus weeks, how will they do when a warranty replacement is required?

Steve
