timberframe50
I have pool balls in a Northwestern 80, I was servicing it today and it had an out of order sign. The balls were all jammed up. Once I got it working it was vending 2 balls ever time. I ran home and got some larger balls and they work fine. Does Northwestern make an insert to reduce the opening size? Would hate to get stuck with these. Thanks
mainor5251
I was out servicing some locations with Andy (will.vend) one day and he mentioned when vending the bouncy balls out of the NW 80 you have to unscrew the plate over the opening and move it, I'm sure he could be more specific if you think this could be the problem. Thrifty
Yes you need the baffle. Even with it, damn those balls are heavy! I noticed if you fill it too full, the handle can get really difficult to turn for a kid.

Hillbilly
I see I'm too late. Sorry, I was out in the garage modifying a Big Oak lock. Hope you got it fixed Jim. Thanks Andy.
