Boazcat
I have a school location with two side by side snack machines. We just upgraded size and the new ones are bigger and the same size. Would you make them identical? or double up in one machine and spread everything out? Thoughts? Michael

What I have been doing is to have the most popular items in both machines (about 2/3 of the machine) so that the line will move faster during breaks and lunch and then putting different things in the remaining selections. For example, Doritos, Lays and Snickers in both machines. Then one has Jalapeno chips and the other Lays Sour Cream and Onion etc. This allows employees to get their selections faster and you increase the variety and possibly capture some additional sales.
