rakusa
Hello Ladies and Gents, Starting in vending and will be a sole proprietor, home based out of my parents home in Nevada. Under these circumstances is an LLC necessary if you are dealing with only a energy drink vending machine such as Red Bull? How about small biz/ liability insurance for this one product sole proprietorship? Reading about LLC articles or certificate of organization formation and fee's and this is not going along with what one told me how to operate: The KISS principle Keep It Short and Simple. What can they sue you for besides over caffinated? Are the steps to doing it right? 1. LLC (if one elects to) 2. Ficticous name registration 3. Business License 4. Business checking acct. 5. Business credit card Don't believe Nevada requires a sales tax permit or Occupational License for coffee/energy drinks. Any sole proprietors feel they would be better off as an LLC?
