loach33
Anyone know how to adjust the temperature control on these machines? The manual says to refer to the refrigeration settings section in the manual but there is no such section as far as I can see. The inside temperature is not frozen but it just seems to be really, really cold in there. I'd just like to adjust it to the warm side by a couple of degrees if possible. Technivend
The 3155B has the SM6 controller in it. Pain in the butt to adjust. Not one of USI's better boards but it does do a whole lot. Manual can be had here http://vendnetusa.com/wfData/files/4212619h.pdf.'>http://vendnetusa.com/wfData/files/4212619h.pdf. Just grab a drink and prepare to read jibberish. The default settings can be overridden but it will take a few steps. The best thing is to write down the steps in order prior to trying to change it (ie:abbabca etc.). The nice thing is if you screw up real bad you can just defualt it back to the beginning again. How cold is too cold? http://vendnetusa.com/wfData/files/4212619h.pdf
loach33
Ah, OK... I have that manual. Didn't think about it as I've only worried about it while messing with my frozen/cold food machines. When I check the temp it's always in the mid 30's or so, so it's fine but it just seems colder than the other machine I have. Maybe the other one isn't cold enough? I'll probably just leave it alone because yes, it's somewhat of a pain to go thru all those set points, etc. While you're here....that reminds me of my ff2000 machines. I hate the coil system because product has to fit perfect or else it seems to get hung up. It's adjustments galore. But, my question is on changing the coils. I assume I can just use snack machine coils? As in, I have the manual for the combo snack/pop machine and it lists the different coils available. If I want to change the configuration of the coils, I could just order from there correct? I'm looking for the larger coils (as in more space between each coil. Sandwiches don't do well when you jam them in.
Technivend
The coils in the FF are shorter then the standard snack/candy coils. I believe they are the same length as the ones in you Combo 3/6 though. They are readily available for order though. Just keep in mind that a 6 count in a snack maybe 3 inch spacing but only 2.5 in a frozen.
