Previous owner gave me CD and smartcard for the smartware pro that allows you to program the machine from your computer and upload onto machine. However he did not include the USB card reader. I don't wanna use this feature. I change items frequently and don't wanna deal with putting names in the selection...people can SEE what they are purchasing. I just wanna change the price and get on with my life. Can I delete the previously programmed info without using the smartcard? I can't find factory reset info anywhere. Right now I have items, that when making a selection, displays the price and the name of a completely different item. Please help! I'm going mad over here!
