Need help setting up my very first Z 400 ice cream machine. I can get the robot to remember the location of the item but whenever it goes to retrieve the item the vacuum never turns on. 
 

when testing in the field test mode I can get the vacuum to turn on fine so I know that the vacuum works it is just not sucking the items up during the free vend or test vend selection

Hello, hope you’ve sold the problem, but if not..

you need to adjust the height of your bins in the menu, The standard settings are not quite suitable. Try to set 240-245 for the tall ones and 175-177 for the short ones
