Thank you all for your replies. I will get started first with checking out the compressor issue and go thru the steps Mr. Allen Watson outlined. Then onto the other machine with the acceptance of coins and bills, along with the selection pad. As a side note these machines were not my choice, my boss went ahead and bought them without researching any information about the Genesis vending machine. Once again, thank you and I do appreciate all your responses. I guess I know what I will be assigned to do this weekend.

I found out too late that these machines are not a good vending choice. I purchased two of these combo machines. Machine 1 After having the machine about a month I received complaints that the beverages were warm. Sure enough as I opened the bottom up all I felt was warm air blowing. I have a bad feeling it may be the compressor. Machine 2 This has assorted problems that have popped up within the past two weeks. a) It stopped accepting coins and they go right thru to the coin return. The bill acceptor seems to only like new bills, if it is wrinkled or worn it kicks it back out. c) The selection pad on the unit I have is not working to well, mainly the 3 and 0 keys. Does anyone know how to fix these two buttons as they are both worn heavily on the outside or whether the pad needs to be replaced? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated(I have already thought of using these for target practice). Thanks in advance
