Eddie, not one lead that you sent me wanted to place a machine. NOT ONE! I would love to pick 2 locations out of 9 if you actually did send me 2 places that said yes to placing a vending machine. You are a liar and you are a thief. You have never given me 1 location for the money I sent you and you will not give me a refund or the 2 locations you owe me. Please tell me what businesses said yes to placing a machine and I will gladly try it out. Otherwise, give me my money back you thief!

I would never trust Eddie. I paid him $300 for 2 locations that I never received from him. No call back, no response to my emails, nothing. Look at the BBB website at BBB.ORG, his business name is Eddie Bauer Jr Location Service in Texas. He already has an "F" rating but I stilled filed my own complaint of fraud. I suggest anyone else who gets ripped off by this company do the same so others won't lose their money. I wish I would have did my research before I trusted him and sent that $300. At least he got to use my money to pay for his new advertising to lure in other unsuspecting vendors.

Hey Eddie, If you refund my $300 that I sent you over 8 months ago, and got no results for, then you won't be a thief and I won't have to accuse you of stealing. I'm also hoping that will make me more un-clown like. What do you think?

Eddie, When I said you sent me nothing for 2 months it says in my original post that we had many emails back and forth. Just no results. How can you say you never agreed to find 50-100 employee locations when I have proof of an email sent to you with those terms and a reply back with a paypal request and an acceptance. I also have an email sent from Eric 30 days later saying that he is still working on locations with 50+ employees that I have copied in my posts above. If you are not going to refund my money then I have to live with that. But I am not going to get $300 stolen from me without letting everyone know what Eddie Bauer Locators is about.

It clearly says that I will get my locations or money by the end of the month. I understand that you loved Eric, and from my experience he was a very nice person. But you are a vending locating business that made an agreement with a vending company that you did not make good on. I have been very patient with you and have tried to work with you but you have not been responsive. You agreed to the terms and if you now feel they won't work for you, then refund my money.

Eddie, My very first conversation with you outlined the type of locations we were looking for and you said that you could work with our requirements. You even asked me to send you an email stating these requirements so that you could see if it would work for your company. Eddie Bauer Jr 832-883-4479 I never changed the parameters of our deal midway through. I had said what I needed from the very beginning and you agreed to the terms and I have the emails to prove it. If you could not find locations based on my requirements that you agreed to then don't take my $300. If you still can't find locations based on my requirements that you agreed to then refund my money. Don't lie about our agreement later, that is in writing, and then steal my money.

I'm so glad I found this Forum and topic. I own a large vending company in Portland, OR. and I have used vending locators in the past that have done great work for me. I worked with Ethical Locators for over a year and I was very satisfied but they no longer exist. So, I called Eddie Bauer Locators on September 10th 2009. After a discussion about what we are looking for, he assured me we could have a great working relationship. I then sent $300 via paypal to pay for 2 locations. After a couple of months of receiving no locations and many emails back and forth assuring me they are working on it I started to get worried that I was never going to receive anything. The last response I received from Eddie was on March 14th and he wrote, "I'm out of town but still working and have incentives for my guys and the locations to get your machine placed. We are working on it still bro and have some interesting prospects for it but need to get them confirmed." I never heard from Eddie again. I have placed several calls, messages, and emails and he has never responded back to me since that day. I invite Eddie to make this right with me. I will still take 2 locations or I would like to be refunded my $300. I hope he finds it valuable to take care of his customers.
