Vend-Trak not only manages your income by locations, routes, etc. It also allows you to manage your expenses. When you log on to Vend-Trak, click on the Expenses link in the main menu to go to the Expenses screen. On this page you can enter expense information including the date, payee, description, category, and amount. The expense categories are pre-set; and they match the business expenses categories outlined by the IRS. The Expense report provides you with a convenient year-end summary of your business expenses for tax time!
