Beach Bum Vending
I just recently purchased 60 some vendesign machines. Most need parts and I can't seem to find the contact for where to get parts. I have tried this number 800.299.0234 and I just get a recording left to messages and yet to hear back from them. Can any of you please point me in rite directions of where to get parts for this brand of machine. Thanks, SN

Big Mike
I could be wrong but I dont think they are still in business. You should be able to get used parts. Mike
bacho
anyone know the contact? I did a little research for you, snvend. From the looks of the website that you got that phone number off of, it hasn’t been updated since 2006. Big Mike may be right in saying they are no longer in business. When I did a search for Vendesign, I was able to find a local phone number in Kingston, NH. 603-642-3056 There is another site called Carousel Marketing that is selling a similar machine. It looks like the only difference is the coin mechs. One is metal and the other is plastic. You may want to check it out and give them a call to see if parts are interchangeable with the one you have. In reading their FAQs this is what it said about parts for the machine. “What do I do if I need parts or service? The machine is a trouble-free machine and will require very little maintenance. However, if you ever do need assistance, just call your representative.” I think that’s a laugh because all machines will need some kind of parts eventually. Sounds like another biz op like Vendstar. You could only order parts if you purchased the machines from them. Worth giving them a call though. Carousel Marketing You can also check on eBay. Couple had it in their garage for a few years and got it from a former son-in-law. I have the coin tube with key #602. If anybody needs a copy of the key, let me know.
