hooddlcs Posted January 4, 2012 Share Posted January 4, 2012 Hello, I just bought a machine and I'm a totally new to vending. All of the labels on the machine have been worn off, but from the best I can tell it's a Royal either a GII or GIII. When I got it, it was set up for bottles and I'd like to put cans in it. I'm having a rough time getting the cans loaded so it only drops one at a time. It appears that I can have cans two deep in the column I want to use, even though I set the depth correctly. I adjusted the product stops to small diameter, but when I load the cans both the front and back cans sit at the same point on the pivot so any movement of the pivot will drop both cans in the column. Does anyone know if there is a special way I should be loading or what I might be able to do so that it would alternate cans in the column? Thanks in advance.
