bulkvendingwizard
I found this guy here local that is selling off his route that has 109 locations. He is wanting $49.00 each machine per location which includes the location and an eagle single or double head. So basically im paying 49.00 for a single or double head already on established locations I think this is a good deal but my only fear is buying some of these locations to find out that they are duds. so basically im looking at buying a town that has 9 locations, 15 total machines for $735.00. Do you think this is a good deal?
West Coast Vend LLC
The machine itself is worth $49. Even if the account turns out to be a dud. Questions: Does he tell you how much they are doing per month? What if you buy them and the account throws you out the next day? bulkvendingwizard
Gary, I agree that the machines alone are worth 49.00 that 49.00 price includes the machine and pipe stand. He will not give me any revenue amounts and he states all locations have been secured for over a year and i should not have the getting the boot problem. What do you think? After talking to him it sounded like some of the locations were gravy locations but others were ok. But my thought is he wouldnt of left them on location if they were horrible. vendman0729
It seems like a good deal but theres really no reason why he can't give you the revenue amount. It seems strange and fishy if he can't give you this info. If not for each location at least the total gross for the whole route. I once purchased a route that didn't do any where near what the guy said. With that being said, its best anyways to use your judgjement really as far as how the locations are. Are they restraunts? Are there locations where people would be waiting such as a dmv? Or are they more like locations such as apartment complexes where it doesnt look like theirs that many peopl coming in and oout? If you can atleast look at the locations before you buy them that would be smart. If you get a lot of dud locations though you will feel like your wasting your time and gas. Moving around dud location machines to better locations is a part of a process we all go through but its also a time consuming and tedious task. You just answered your own question. If the location is a dud, pull it! You're getting a quality machine with the stand for only $49. This is not rocket science. jj54
I SPOKE WITH HIM LAST MONTH,ABOUT HIS CAPE LOCATIONS. AFTER GETTING HIM TO TELL ME WHAT HIS 22 LOCATIONS PRODUCED, I BACKED OFF AT THE PRICE WAS TO MUCH FOR ME FOR WHAT IT DID. I HAVE 5 LOCATIONS THAT PRODUCE MORE WITH LESS TIME. TIME IS MONEY
dkochan
I would also visit each of the locations to: 1) Get a feel if they are any good 2) See if there are any competor's machine in the same location(s) 3) See if they are upgradable to rack locations $49 per machine is a good especially if the machines do not need to be refurbished.
