G-man422
If you are in busy locations, probably just service in the middle of the month, and at the end. Try to service a few earlier, so that you have them all to service around the same time. Another thing you can do is keep a 3 ring binder, computor spreadsheet, or large dry erase board to keep you progress. Here is what I put: Location, Contact and their #, Date last sserviced, next service date, products in machine, gross income, and net income. This allows me to staw pretty well organized, and see what I'm doing. Hope this hekps Benji
Big Mike
We are on a 60 day cycle. You can do 30 if you like. We have our locations broke down into routes on spread sheets. Name, address, phone, contact person, charity or commision, what charity or %, product, machine type ect........... Leave a place for notes! You should write down your last months take and the grand total since you put the machine in. I think it is in your best interest to service on a set schedule. The locations we run can set their watch by when my wife services them and they like it that way. Mike
