McMEnterpr
Hello all, I'm just in the process of getting my first locations and am getting ready to load a couple of machines with 1" and 2" toy capsules and superballs. Does anyone recommend putting warning labels on their machines to mitigate liability issues (ie, a choking warning for children under 3 label)? I haven't incorporated yet (I'm just a college student trying to help pay for tuition, so I'm not planning to build a full-time business out of this currently). Should I create an LLC if I plan to build a route with about 20 machines? Have you ever had to deal with a parent complaining that their child was harmed by a product your machine vended? What did you do/How was it resolved? Thank you for your time, Brian
