How to read the bar code for Peanut M&M

I called the M&M 1-800 number to find out what the shelf life is and found out this:

The is a small square on the back right corner of your Peanut M&M bag. The serial number is made up of numbers and letters the first number is the year your product was made and second and third number is the week it was made. Example 805FKHKP32 means that the candy was made in 2008 on the fifth week. Hope this helps others.

Oh and they PMM has a life of one year, that info comes from the manufacter
