massalonvending
Okay, I have had this company for about a year ish now, been really working for about a month or two. I could afford an LLC if needed. I know you are not accountants, but I was wondering if it would be a good idea to license my business though the state of SC. (PS, already checked, I'm old enough)
SeaTurtle Vending
YES! The LLC offers you protection. If anything happens you cannot be personally sued. I went with an S corporation as well, since it offered me tremendous tax benefits.
CandyCaptain
Why SCorp over LLC ?? I have a location that says I need general liabity insurance .. I don't even have business jus own a triple head machine. Do you have to have a LLC/SCorp/ccorp to get generaliabity insurance or can I get the insurance without having a business???
