I just did a search and found a lot of companies sell them. Just call some and let them know your looking for a it before you buy the parts. Let them think they get some sales out of it?

i actually need to adjust prices and can't find the way to do that.

i called "southern equipment" and they refused to help since i'm not the original buyer of the machine (instead of using this to win a potential customer- they won't get my business for sure !)

This is why I didn't suggest calling the manufacture of the machine. I would call sellers of the machine instead. The smaller the better. As far as what you need to do I am sure someone here can walk you through that.
