Just do good service and listen to their wont's and needs. You mentioned in one of your other posts something about mints and I posted a replie there with a link to them through sams club. Good luck. That's a great place to start. As DGH wrote, just show the movie theater management that you give better service and you will gain their confidence without bad mouthing the competition.
