Larman
How do you guys handle breakage/vandalism at your locations? Globe smashed and all product gone at walmart.
T BIRD
Geez.......sorry to hear that Larry. There is two sides to this issue IMO. Letting management know about this is one obvious way to deal with this type of thing. But the other side of it is will management say to you to please take the machine out? How is the location doing for you? Maybe its an isolated incident? You would think that a Walmart breakroom would be relatively safe since theres so many employees who use it. Larman
Hi John, Thanks for the reply. I was thinking the same thing that if I complained they would give me the boot. The manager was kind enough to call me to let me know the machine was damaged and was sorry for the trouble. I would mind so much but the location is not performing. shvend
If the location is not preforming all that well the best thing to do is to relocate the machine. It's not worth having to replace machines that are being vandelized for hardley any return.
