eboniesmith
For those of you who has had to hire operators to service machines, how do you protect your profits? How do you ensure, or atleast to your best ability, protect, your profits? How can we, as business owners, know that all of the company's profits are being reported? shvend
eboniesmith, there is no good way to know if the person you hire is turning in all of your profits. The only way to even keep a check on your employees is to do spot checks on macines before your routeman comes and service it.

caserri
You beat me to it Kyle. EZ count makes a system where you can track the mech turns remotely from your office. It will give you the ability to know exactly how much money should be in the coin box without even going there. It is a bit pricey for bulk but it will give you peace of mind. This is not the same as their "meter only" product which only counts the turns. Here is a link to the EZ Count section here on VENDiscuss. http://www.vendiscuss.com/forums/view_topic.php?id=1029&forum_id=23 Steve
