kai1836
What do you do with leftover toys that aren't selling? Also I visited a chinese place recently and there was a rack there....I inquired about it and the guy told me that the vendor paid him 35% of his sales..... Well crunching the numbers. If you pay 7-10 cents per toy/capsule....then sell it for 25 and pay 35% or .0875 cents per vend in commission .1625 less 7-10 or a profit of between .0625 and .0925 cents per vend. so .0625 and .0925 profit less gas/insurance.....and there doesn't seem to be much leftover. I was pricing toys on ebay. .07-.10 cents per toy seemed a good average of the prices I saw. Am I missing something? There must be much higher volume...... 50cent vends seem to make much more sense.....but you see a lot of 25 cent 1 inch caps out there.
AmuseStar Vending Co
The prices for toys on ebay is much to high. I am right around .4 for each .25 toy. You are missing something. I make, on average, around $250 a month on a 5 way rack (after a 35% commission) in a normal rack location. So, in terms, yes, you are getting less, but in the long run you are getting more. kai1836
Where's a good place to get toys? Do you buy your capsules seperately? Thanks.
AmuseStar Vending Co
http://cardinaldist.com/category.php?id=4 Cardnial is a expensive to some, however, they have the best mixes IMHO. http://www.aaglobalind.com/bulk-vending/bulk-vending-toys/1-1-inch-capsuled-toys.htm 1" assorments from A&A Gobal would be the best place to start if your only ordering one bag.
