ryaffee1087 Posted July 2, 2015 Share Posted July 2, 2015 I have a Saeco SG 200 and it is amazing, but I am having slight issue. The 5th selection button does not dispense coffee. We have programmed it for Cappuccino, and during the programming setup it allows you test the product and it vends just perfect. But when it is in standard mode it just won't vend. Also, I know the button works fine, because the 5th selection button is also the enter button during programming. I must have some setting turned off. Any help would be greatly appreciated. bongolicious Posted December 25, 2015 Share Posted December 25, 2015 I've just set up a new 200 for the first time and had the same problem (among about a half dozen other issues that had to be addressed).under SYSTEM MANAGEMENT > CUP BUTTON, the parameter must be set to "BEVERAGE 05".If it is set to PRESELECTION or DISABLE, the #5 button doesn't work in normal mode.
