Service Slips

I'm curious if there are any places to purchase pre-printed pads of machine service slips for route drivers. I've currently been making them on a copy machine and cutting them up but wondered if there was a source to buy them online.

 

One of my drivers worked for a competitor years ago and said they had pre-printed pads that they used for writing down counter info, product used, money added, spoilage, etc.

 

I've done a few searches and have come up blank.

Not to my knowledge. We do our own design and then have a local printing company print them in bulk for us, same as our refund envelopes.

Yep, create the form the way you want it....take it to staples and they will print them in whatever fashion you would like such as duplicates, triple form, carbonless etc.
