New Pool Table Rail Rubber, which glue?

What's the best glue to apply new rebound rubber to pool table rails? Thanks.

I use contact cement. Apply to both the wood and the rubber, wait about 10 minutes, and she's on there forever.   I just buy a box of cheap paint brushes from harbor freight.   Same procedure for rail facings at each end.   Spray adhesive just doesn't hold up for rail rubber.   3m super 77 for the slate.   About 6 tables a week either pass through here or get covered on the route.  I hate rails lol.
