chris in bc Posted December 26, 2016 Share Posted December 26, 2016 I have a 484 with can module on the bottom, snacks up top. C1, C2,C3, F1, F2, F3 work for a few days and then stop. Vendors Tech Posted December 26, 2016 Share Posted December 26, 2016 How many times will they work after you turn the machine back on? If they vend once then won't do it again until a restart, and with that sequence of failure, it initially looks like a harness problem to me. Try the swap-the-tray-with-a-working-one method on the candy/snack part, it will help immensely in eliminating possible culprits. Let me know the result. chris in bc Posted December 26, 2016 Author Share Posted December 26, 2016 I turned the machine off and then on, did a vend in TEST mode and then with coins, no problem. A few days later customer calls and says the above selections were not working. I am thinking a motor harness, tray board replacement. How do you replace the harness in the can module of a 484?
