Saeco Rubino 200 problem

Hi,

Need some help with a Rubino 200 machine that just died at a location.  The machine's LED display went dead and the machine will not cycle at power up although the main board has power and the rear fan comes on.  I tried a machine reset with the top two red buttons on the cpu  board depressed but nothing happens,,,display dead and no beeps when select buttons are depressed. 

I have a spare parts machine and was wondering what I might swap our or HOW I might troubleshoot the issue?  As indicated there are LEDS lit up on the cpu board so its powered but i'm confused why there is no cycle start ( brew head) at power up?
