DRock
I've had a ball get stuck in the mechanism and when my nephew forced it, it kind of chewed up the ball. So I'm wondering why it occasionally gets stuck. What is that long threaded rod with the plastic covers that's in the 5 o clock position in my pic? It has a black plastic ring at the end that looks like it should attach to something. The center ring that it attaches to just spins around freely. There's also another threaded hole in that ring next to the rod. Does your Bounce A Roo jam?
DRock
Ok I fastened the rod that's in the 5 o clock position with a screw and a nut underneath in order to raise it. Was working and I placed it in a store but when I went back to check it, it was stuck. Found a ball stuck underneath that rod between it and one of the wheel spokes. I then removed the nut that was raising the rod at the end and fastened it. Still jams. What can I do to stop that?
