Coinco EUR-A901c

Hello,

 

We bought a vending machine to sell eggs and it has a coinco EUR-A901c coin machine. We have 2 problems:

1 We set the prices but if we put in money it comes straight back out so we cant buy products, on the machine there is a green and red led and the red one is on.

 

2 When pressing the money retour button the Coinco shows 1111 and according to the manual "the lower sensor is blocked" i cleaned it with water but that doesnt seem to work.

 

Anyone knows what the problem can be? 

 

NOTE: I live in the Netherlands so we have Euros
