Each location will be different. 2- Talk to decision maker 3- Pitch what you want to place, show flyer with set-up, tell them the machines make alot of money and cutomers love them. 4- Offer 25% of gross and go from there, depending on location, equiptment and competition you may need to go higher, you should have an idea of the limit you are willing to pay. 5- Emphasis the machines make alot of money, cost them nothing, you service them regularly. This is personal but I never go with contracts, owners dont want to get locked into something they dont know about, make it clear that if they arent happy, no sweat, well come and pick em up asap.
