After some initial “discussions” with various forum members, Keith changed his business model and several people gave him a try – I was one of them. Unfortunately before Keith could secure a location for me, he stopped locating. He refunded all of my money promptly, but I do not know what happened to make him stop. Because I never got a location, I can’t really give a positive or negative review. However, here are some thoughts: 1) Communication was excellent. Status emails were given, phone calls returned, etc. 2) He accepts PayPal. 3) He charged $50/location which is a little cheaper than Kickstart and Midwest (unless you get volume discounts). 4) He used the Kickstart model for replacements – 30% poor performer replacements. 5) He did find one location – a Chick-Fil-A, but it fell through. He was apologetic and said right away he’d find us another location. I can’t really hold this against him – this happens to everyone. Bottom line, if he started up again I would definitely use him.
