zhhkrtq
Ive seen quite a few posts about how insurance is a must, and I can definitely see a case of someone hitting someone over the head with a machine in a bar fight. But have there been than many lawsuits associated with bulk vending machines as weapons?
alyssamma
There are many posts where it says the insurance is not needed. I've posted that many times. You definitely want an LLC/S-Corp *or* liability insurance. Either one will protect you, and while your company assets are small, either one is fine. There have been many full line lawsuits...not sure of any bulk. But, for example, with the recent PB scare if bulk candy was affected and someone ate it... Johnny Ringo
Do you need to have a business license in order to get liability insurance for full line vending or can I get a policy without having an official business formed?
alyssamma
You should not, however the best bet is to call the insurance company.
