Crane 167 "Temporary out of service"

I have a crane 167 snack machine. It started reading temporary out of service after some one hit the machine. We tried disabling the machine , changing the coin mech and the bill acceptor. Nothing lookss visibly broken but the machine is still reading temporarily out of service. 

The lights dont read an error.

The key pad is fully functional 

Everything seems to be in order except the temporary out of service message.
