Well established looking for ideas

Hello,

I have about 200 machines. My company is expanding to 6 employees. I was hoping someone who has similar experience would like to create a dialogue about things we do to help efficiency. I have noticed the little things save hours each day at this point. Personally I just find areas of problem and try to make it better but I would love to hear others ideas. I know I’m not being specific but I don’t have anything on hand. Just hearing how others run business might spark creativity!
